We are looking for an experienced sales professional who will lead B2B Sales (Inside Sales, Inbound and Outbound Prospecting), Channel Partnerships and Customer Success.
Create and improve sales processes
Deeply understand market needs and translate it in new features or products
Create and run dozens of growth experiments
Define lead generation strategies
Establish and improve sales funnel processes
Develop a market and sales playbook
Build a sales and retention machine with traction, scalability and predictability
3y+ experience in Sales
Process oriented and structured problem-solving approach
Super data-driven and able to easily identify what metrics matter, perform complex analysis and take decisions
Hands-on profile that really enjoy starting ambitious projects from scratch
High sense of urgency and extreme ownership
Learning agility and adaptability
Prior experience in Startups, Tech companies, Strategic Consulting or Finance
Great communication skills
